Join the fun by volunteering at the California Wine Festival in Santa Barbara on July 14, 15 and/or July 16, 2011. See details below:
Shifts Available:
Thurs day, July 14, 2011 @ De La Guerra Plaza
Set Up etc. 3 - 6pm (Receive 1 Old Spanish Nights Ticket)
Thurs day, July 14, 2001 @ De La Guerra Plaza
Set Up, various duties etc. 6 - 9pm (Receive 1 Beachside Wine Festiva Ticket)
CLEAN UP CREW - Two Nights (Will receive (1) Beachisde Fest VIP ticket each)
3.5 hours shift total
Thurs: 8:45 - 10 pm (De La Guerra Plaza) and Fri: 8:45 - 10 (Chase Palm Park Plaza (carousel)
Friday, July 15, 2011 from 2:00-6:30pm at the Fess Parker's Doubletree Resort. Set up Riedel Tasting, ticket entrance. -Volunteers will receive a Saturday tickets 1-4pm
Friday, July 15, 2011 from 9:30am-2:30pm at Chase Palm Park Soccer Field. Hanging signs, set-up etc. - Volunteers will receive an early entrance Saturday pass 11:30-4pm ticket
Saturday, July 16, 2011 from 10am-2pm at Chase Palm Park Soccer Field, set-up, etc.- Volunteers will get into the remainder of the festival after shift ends at 2pm.
Saturday, July 16, 2011 from 2pm-4pm at Chase Palm Park Soccer Field. Entrance, clean-up, etc.- Volunteers will enjoy festival responsibly before shift begins 12pm -2pm.
Although most positions don't require heavy physical work, you must be able to stand on your feet for the entire shift, and lift the equivalent of a case of wine (40 lbs.) Most jobs don't include any lifting, but you may occasionally be called on to assist a winery in their booth.
